SOFTCOM started operating on the electronics market in 1999 as the first supplier of printed circuit boards in Poland and is constantly developing the scope of services and products provided. Since 2009, it has specialized in the electronics manufacturing service EMS. SOFTCOM offers a comprehensive package of services and operations: • high-quality printed circuits compliant with the IPC II or III standard. • printed circuit board design and technological and engineering support • high-quality automatic surface assembly (SMD/SMT) and additional manual assembly (THT) • assembly carried out in accordance with IPC-A-610-E standards • leaded and lead-free assembly • assembly of high-grade devices packaging • making cable harnesses, cabling • assembly of elements in non-standard housings • assembly of systems in housings, including: BGA, µBGA, • assembly of elements with a small raster from 0.40mm and sizes from 01005 • Package on Package (PoP) assembly • X-ray testing • serial numbering on printed circuits (QR code) • varnishing and pouring of modules • functional test (FCT), AOI test • packaging protecting modules against damage during transport (ESD) • mechanical and final assembly, activation of packages • assembly using entrusted or own components • storage of components and printed circuit boards for PCBs for framework and long-term orders • warranty and post-warranty repairs , service of BGA chips We provide: • Short implementation time and the highest quality • Individual approach to each project • Logistics for the order • International quality standards
