It based on fulfilment sales directly from distributor to end-user as well as second hand exchange between customers. It had it's store and showroom in Vestergade and Frederiksgade in Aarhus.
Softxchange was among the leading danish e-shops for games and DVD-movies from 2004-2007. It was sold to a competitor in 2008 and later closed down.
It was founded in 2003 by Poul Thyregod and Thor Ranthe.
