The business of the Company will be the development of application software, together with the creation of related intellectual property rights. The Company intends as its initial project to develop a mobile application which will allow customers to be put into direct contact with providers of photography services, with the price of such services to be based on the amount of time for which a photographer is hired. In a similar way to Uber drivers, it is intended that these photographers will all come with a rating. The mobile application will locate the nearest photographer and upon acceptance, the photographer will meet the customer at a pre-arranged place and time. Following the photography session, the photographer will directly upload the images that have been shot to the mobile application, and the customer will then be able to directly download these images straight to their mobile phone, pick the best images and then upload these to a social media page of their choice if they wish. The Director believes there is strong commercial potential for this mobile application, particularly in the holiday, birthday and stag and hen party markets. The Company may also become involved in and derive income from any other related activities or interests which the Director believes will have strong commercial potential.
