Sol Noctis is an independent developer, owner and operator of solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants in Spain. Since it’s inception in 2017, Sol Noctis has been dedicated to contributing clean and renewable energy to the Spanish electrical grid. Founders Danylo Knysh and Roman Khrushch have astutely identified that Spain is at the cusp of significant solar PV growth due to firm commitments and recent regulations from the Spanish Government and European Union mandating the transition of Spain’s electricity generation away from fossil fuels and towards renewable energy, particularly solar PV.

With 29 MW of solar PV capacity in mature stages of development, and another 250+ MW under initial development, Sol Noctis is well positioned to become a leading solar energy producer in Spain.
