SOLAR TRANSACT is a Munich-based M&A and transaction management company that arranges large-scale renewable energy transactions all over Europe. We have been active in the capital goods industry for 25 years and have focused on the PV solar, wind energy, battery storage, hydrogen and EV charging station sectors.
SOLAR TRANSACT is a proven expert in
1. arranging renewable energy asset sales processes for the sell-side in the form of discrete transactions to a selectively “hand-picked” investor base or broad bidding processes for the disinvestment of projects, turnkey plants and existing plants,
2. arranging acquisitions of renewable energy assets for the buy-side in the form of targeted-oriented acquisitions from well-known sellers or beauty contests for the investments in projects, turnkey plants and existing plants,
3. arranging cooperations between local developers or EPCs and financially strong partners for the joint development or construction of photovoltaic, wind power, battery storage, hydrogen and EV charging station projects.
We offer transaction management services along the entire value chain:
• It starts with securing land and developing renewable energy projects, followed by
• arranging co-development collaborations for joint project development,
• contains the sale of RTB projects to EPCs and IPPs,
• includes the involvement of subcontractors or EPCs for turnkey construction, and
• ends up with the sale of completed plants to our investors.
