Solaris is a Leadership Academy that produces executive leadership development programmes targeted Talent of Black Heritage in organisations. We currently have two Leadership programmes:
The first is The Solaris Women's Executive Leadership Development programme which is a 1 year programme targeted at the woman executive who identifies as Black/Mixed Race/Biracial/Black Heritage Executive and Professional in Organisations. This programme is for women with a minimum 10 years work experience. Our intake for this programme is annual in the April of each year.
The second is The Solaris Women's Rising Stars Executive Leadership Development Programme which is a 5 month programme targeted at the same woman as above and in the earlier stages of her career journey. Rising Stars is for women with a minimum 3 years and a maximum 8 years work experience. The annual intake for this programme is in September of each year.
Our Alumnae programmes are designed to enable the continuous professional development of our Solaris Alumnae Leaders.
