Founded in 1993 in Gyé-sur-Seine (Aube, Grand Est, France), the SOLER Group is one of the leaders in renewable carbon production, offering a unique and innovative technological solution to achieve global climate neutrality.
The SOLER Group is a French family-owned company based on a positive energy and environmentally friendly circular economic model.
It develops and operates biorefineries with a proprietary and patented technology that transforms wood – derived from the sustainable management of forests located close to its production sites – into biocarbon and biochar.
The SOLER Group supports the integration of sustainable forest management with the sustainable production of critical materials such as metal, steel, concrete... The Group currently has 3 operational biorefineries in France (2 in Gyé-sur-Seine and 1 in Lacanau) with a capacity to produce 50,000 tons of renewable carbon per year, while supplying more than 20,000 homes with green electricity.
