Solid services as email format

Solid Services AS is the result of development of the Notes / Domino environment at ID Scandinavia. We added two new dimensions through partnerships with Local Host in Måløy and iSPOC in Copenhagen. This has provided the company with hosting services from Norway's greenest operating supplier and service management tools from Denmark's fittest service provider. Around this we build Microsoft competancy at our offices in Bergen (HQ) and Oslo. BusinessMail has been our main product since the start of the company. The need for a more sophisticated e-mail system signed up among several of our customers as the amount of e-mail increased year by year. Solid Services has built up a large customer base on BMail among the shipping industry where e-mail is still the bearer of critical business information. We provide end-to-end operational services that make it profitable for small-and medium-sized businesses to outsource ICT operations. We have a clear vision to make IT easy, safe and environmentally friendly. The solution was to build a data center for SMB market where you rent what you need - when you need it. We boast Europe's greenest data center through proprietary and unique cooling solution as well as fully virtualized operating environment. Solid Services assist you with all steps from the internal to the external operation. To ensure quality at all levels, Solid Services entered into a tactical cooperation with ISPOC in Copenhagen for the delivery of their unique service application. The software IHLP is designed to provide an easier management of service processes - and with the necessary flexibility to meet all your needs. IHLP supports all the organization's service functions from the ICT department's ITIL processes, the activities of the customer / service centers, property management, HR department - and the company's logistics and quality department. Solid Services uses IHLP as its internal supporting tools and we are also resellers of the application.
