Die Sorient GmbH wurde im Januar 2019 von Arash Moeini und Fereshteh Ebrahimi gegründet, die damals als Unternehmer mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Tourismus und Recruitment zwischen Europa und dem Iran hatten. Unsere Niederlassung im Herzen von Teheran verfügt über eine umfangreiche Datenbank mit tausenden von Kandidaten, die bereits vor Ort nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation geprüft wurden.
Wir begleiten unsere Kandidaten intensiv in der Vorbereitungsphase (pre-arrival), bieten professionelle Beratung zu allgemeinen Fragen, unterstützen bei der Anerkennung von Abschlüssen, organisieren Sprachkurse und helfen beim Visaverfahren im Konsulat. Wir stehen sowohl den Kandidaten als auch den Arbeitgebern bei jedem Schritt zur Seite.
In Deutschland unterstützen wir die Kandidaten mit unseren Relocation-Services, einschließlich Wohnungssuche und Behördengängen, um einen reibungslosen Onboarding-Prozess für Arbeitgeber und Kandidaten zu gewährleisten. Unser Ziel ist es, dass sich die Kandidaten gut informiert und wohl in Deutschland fühlen, und vielleicht sogar mit ihrer Familie umziehen, um eine langfristige Bindung zwischen Arbeitgeber und Kandidat zu fördern.
