Source LIT™ is a trademarked, next generation, first of its kind, leadership empowerment program. LIT is an acronym that stands for Leaders Integrating Technology. All training provides insights within the digital & online space and leverages technology to advance leadership acumen. Our team believes that there is no escaping the continuous reliance on technology in our lives and we believe by leaders integrating technology effectively, we can build transformational, effective next generation leaders. Source represents YOU being the source of all your leadership potential. We empower students & professionals to unleash their leadership potential during our training. As you can tell, we are a non-traditional leadership empowerment organization. We teach participants that leadership is a choice. We empower participants to choose to lead, from where they are without the title or hierarchy that may be tied to the traditional definitions of leadership. We launched the #audaciousgiveback campaign with the launch of our online Source LIT™ Leadership Essentials crash course. Which highlights professionals giving back to students, students giving back to students and companies giving back during this time of the 2020 COVID 19 stay at home mandate. We offer our flagship program, Leaders Level Up, to elementary school students through to high school and begin Source LIT™ programs from college levels and beyond. We were founded in 2017 in Alpharetta, GA at Lake Windward Elementary as an after school enrichment program and grew into a brand that students came to know and trust. From there we have expanded into the professional sports and corporate sectors.
