SYM was founded in mid-2015 and it is an growing emerging platform, it is a platform created to motivate, inspire and empower young people to strive for greatness. To challenge the mindset of young individuals in the aid of widening minds to opportunities for themselves in addition to preparing them to take full control of their life with on-going support, advice and guidance. A platform to motivate through different types of methods and media mediums whether it be through orators, visuals, auditory, dialogues, communication by publication or broadcast. A platform to motivate young people through a variety of methods and different social media outlets with primarily offering orators in schools, colleges and universities across the country as well as setting up inspirational events. Followed up by inspiring our audience through our interaction with celebrities, and “successful” individuals in their specific field, i.e. music, business, sport, politics, comedy, entertainment etc. Industries that young people want to go into, interviewing and engaging with multiple successful people, seeking answers behind their success, motivation and the barriers they have overcame to get to where they are now, resulting in our audience being inspired.
