The Spear Programme is an award-winning initiative of Resurgo. We equip 16-24-year-olds facing barriers to employment with the skills, mindset and confidence they need to overcome the barriers they face and get into work or education.
Since Spear was launched in Hammersmith in 2004, we have supported more than 10,000 young people, and have grown to operate from 17 locations across the UK.
Resurgo means to ‘rise up again’. We work with young people, with organisations, and for society, to realise our vision for a society where everyone works together to mend the tears in its fabric.
