Our Process. Built Around YOUR Needs. At Spherical Evolution, we’re ready to assist you in various areas, be it family business matters, coaching, leadership workshops, and more. Our process is not rigid, but rather adaptable and customizable to suit your specific requirements. Here’s a glimpse of what we offer, which can be tailored to your needs:
Weekly Coaching Cadence
- Weekly 1-hour sessions with Company Leadership, team members (whomever you’d like to include), and Todd Gilbert
- Focused on active to-do items and current issues
Quarterly Management Reviews
- Four quarterly ½ day sessions (4-5 hours) with Todd Gilbert to dive deep into the issues and 90-day initiatives/goals the team has set for the quarter
- Typically, these sessions are at the Management/Leadership level, but you’re welcome to include whomever you’d like from your team
Availability
- Todd will be available whenever needed throughout the term of the Agreement (your team doesn’t have to wait until the scheduled weekly or quarterly sessions to bring issues forward or to reach out with questions)
