Ziel von SPICURA ist es, einen wichtigen Beitrag in der Nachwuchsförderung von qualifizierten Fachkräften in der Pflege zu leisten und Betriebe aus dem stationären und des ambulanten Pflegebereichs professionell zu unterstützen und zu entlasten.
