• facilitation of on-ground surveys (acting as the company’s field representation) to ensure surveys are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with CHMP requirements/conditions
• desktop reviews and cultural heritage sensitivity analysis of proponent projects areas
• provision of recommendations on Aboriginal issues, such as the existence of culturally significant constraints known within or near the study areas
• guidance of statutory requirements and processes required for project development; and, where required
• negotiation of non-indigenous agreements including land purchases, Conduct and Compensation Agreements, and options to purchase for key project land
