Afterwards, a manager will be helped to transfer what he has learnt to his company through the so-called debriefing, that is the analysis of the experimentations carried out on the field.
In this way, we are witnessing the passage from concrete experience to observation and analysis of emotional behaviours and lives, followed, at last, by the theoretic-applicative debriefing
