Sportief Plan is uw teamgenoot in beweeg- en sportstimulering voor welzijn– woon–en zorglocaties. Dit doen wij door het organiseren en begeleiden van (aangepaste) beweegactiviteiten.
De beweegactiviteiten stemmen we op elk individu of groep af. Dit doen we voor verschillende welzijn- woon- en zorglocaties in Delft, Den Haag, Zoetermeer en Waddinxveen.

Ons project: Beweeg (uit) voorZORG!
Wij zijn gestart doordat bewoners van in de zorglocaties steeds minder bewegen naarmate ze ouder worden. Dit heeft negatieve gevolgen voor hun zelfredzaamheid en voor het verloop van chronische aandoeningen, zoals diabetes en artrose.
Bewegen levert voor iedereen gezondheidswinst op. Deelnemers die van niets naar een beetje lichaamsbeweging gaan, boeken de meeste of het snelste gezondheidswinst. Stimuleren van lichamelijke activiteit bij deelnemers in woon –en zorglocaties is dan ook belangrijk. Bovendien voorkomt bewegen in groepsverband eenzaamheid en depressie. Het sociale aspect, de gezelligheid, is dus minstens zo belangrijk als het bewegen zelf en vormt vaak de grootste motivatie om mee te doen.
