Sporting H.A.C. is op 1 juli 2021 opgericht en ontstaan uit twee Kerkraadse verenigingen: RKVV Haanrade en SVA Bleijerheide. Mede dankzij deze fusie heeft de vereniging de afgelopen jaren een stormachtige ontwikkeling doorgemaakt. Zo werd het vierde elftal in het oprichtingsjaar direct kampioen en mocht het eerste elftal onder de bezielende leiding van de huidige hoofdtrainer Jorn Bontan in het tweede seizoen na oprichting ook direct een kampioenschap vieren, waarmee promotie naar de vierde klasse werd afgedwongen.
Inmiddels bestaat de vereniging uit bijna 500 leden, verdeeld over zeven seniorenteams, twee veteranenteams, tien jeugdteams en vele steunende leden.
