Our properties are full rehabs and not just cosmetic. With over 100 specialized crew members working under us most of the time, we install new roofs, windows, and doors. We take most of the interior down to the studs to install new drywall and Pex Plumbing. We upgrade and rewire the electrical services, HVAC, kitchens, baths, flooring, tuck-pointing (filling in the mortar between bricks), exterior decks, and many other misc. items. *We provide written work scopes for each property*
Most of the buildings we built in the early 1900’s and the floorplans just don’t work in today’s world, so we redesign them and maximize the floor-plan to create better cash flow for our clients and better living space for the tenants.
All the work is done to the city of St Louis standards, and all proper permits are pulled and in place.
