✅ Enzymes - clarifying and stabilising enzyme proline-specific endopeptidase which can also be used for gluten-reduced beer brewing; plus viscosity reducing enzymes for efficient beer filtration
✅ Gallotannin / Tannic Acid - highly purified, fast-dissolving granules for rapid adsorption of haze-active proteins
✅ PVPP - single use for strong, selective adsorption of haze reactive polyphenols
