Brouwerij 100 Watt
In hartje Eindhoven is een nieuwe brouwerij gestart genaamd Brouwerij 100 Watt. Deze brouwerij met proeflokaal is opgericht door een enthousiast team met een passie voor brouwen, speciaalbier en natuurlijk Eindhovense gastvrijheid. Wij zijn gestart naar aanleiding van een zoektocht naar het oudste bierrecept van Eindhoven, wat we nooit gevonden hebben :-)... Wel heeft David Hendrich de zoektocht en de brouw historie beschreven in zijn boek. Dit is uiteindelijk ook het startsein geweest voor de brouwerij.
Iets meer dan 1 jaar geleden hebben wij de locatie Schellens fabriek gevonden in het Centrum van Eindhoven aan de Dommel op de plaats waar deze rivier kruist met de Vestdijk. Deze locatie heeft veel logistieke mogelijkheden en een prachtig zonneterras aan de voorzijde. Hierdoor is het toegankelijk voor het grote publiek om een heerlijk ambachtelijk speciaalbier te drinken aan de Dommel in hartje centrum.
Deze prachtige en centraal gelegen locatie dicht bij het uitgaanscentrum van Eindhoven was de perfecte locatie voor het team om een brouwerij neer te zetten. Na een goede voorbereiding hebben we fondsen geworven en een brouwinstallatie besteld. Inmiddels hebben we al ruim 14 verschillende bieren gemaakt hebben. Van de "Heren van Eindhoven" onze Tripel tot aan de "Oude Haas" ons Eindhovens dubbel bier.
Rondleiding, proeverij of een feest met heerlijk speciaalbier en een speenvarken, je bent aan het juiste adres.
