From the first years of its existence, it specialized in the field of the land development.
Later, the company strengthened its means and spread its activities to the road, railroad domains, and main works of hydraulic equipment.
From 1994, STAIP undertook a vast program of investment characterized by: successive increases of the share capital, important acquisitions of material to strengthen the production capacity, or even, the obtaining of ISO certification 9001 V.2008.

Desde los primeros años de su existencia, se especializó en el dominio de la ordenación de los suelos.
Más tarde, la empresa reforzó sus capacidades y extendió sus actividades a los dominios de carretera, ferroviarios, y obras principales de equipo hidráulico.
