Am Freitagabend präsentieren einige Teilnehmer in nur einer Minute ihre Gründungsidee. Das Publikum wählt die Top10 dieser Ideen aus, um die sich in der Folge Teams bilden, die bis zum Sonntagnachmittag aus den Ideen funktionierende Geschäftsmodelle entwickeln, eine Website programmieren oder vielleicht sogar einen Prototyp bauen. Dafür stellt der Startup Sprint den Teilnehmern Experten aus verschiedenen Branchen zur Seite, die als Mentoren ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrungen weitergeben.
