Led by Entrepreneurs, For Entrepreneurs, StartupABQ was created to spur new company creation and entrepreneurial network density in Albuquerque. Our goal is to help create a vibrant and collaborative startup environment in order to strengthen the Albuquerque business community. StartupABQ BRINGS TOGETHER: Entrepreneurs looking for connections, funding, business services, resources, ideas, or education Investors looking for new ideas and opportunities Service providers committed to sharing expertise and insight with early stage businesses Successful business professionals who share their wisdom and experience with others. Together with volunteers, community partners, and local sponsors, StartupABQ produces informative programs and unique networking opportunities throughout the year. Our programs encourage the creative exchange of experience and ideas to help promising entrepreneurs build thriving businesses in Albuquerque. StartupABQ Once a month, all levels of entrepreneurs meet for a breakfast event sponsored by one of our community partners. 4-5 entrepreneurs have the opportunity to present a 5 minute presentation on their company/product to the group, and then open the floor to discuss what they need to take their company and/or product to the next level. - Sourcing in China? - Manufacturer in Mexico? - Logistics? - Wet lab space? - Admin help? - Mentoring? - Marketing?
