Startup Accelerator has been established to help you startup your freelance career in DataOps, MLOps & GitOps consultancy, including a project of your choice. Since 2018, we’ve worked with Data and AI professionals to find consultancy roles they love at companies such as KLM, ING, Vattenfall, and the Randstad Group, in fields including Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, and Platform Engineering.
In our vision, freelance consultants or contractors can still be The Future of Work. That’s a difficult step for some to take, but we’ve found a solution. We act as a stepping stone for DataOps, MLOps & GitOps professionals who want to move away from traditional employment to independence by being their own employer, or being employed as a contractor through our staffing agency.
We take away all the hassle by taking care of all steps towards more flexibility, higher earnings and projects that you like — without the risks of starting up all on your own. In short: We connect you with your first project at a company of your choice, all before ending your current employment contract. Instead of a fixed salary, you earn 75% of your hourly rate — around €10,000 per month — depending on your ideal work-life balance. If you don't want to deal with all the rules of entrepreneurship and prefer more security and secondary benefits as a contractor, you will earn a fixed monthly salary higher than your current one.
After one year, you know what it's like to work as an independent consultant, and you're ready to fly on your own without Startup Accelerator. The Future of Work, it's up to you.
