💛 WE HELP TO EDUCATE
We run regular events, both physical and online – with an emphasis on lived experience. These cover themes such as how to build resilience and how to deal with imposter syndrome. We want to empower attendees to be curious and ask questions.
💚 WE OFFER SUPPORT
Our website acts as a support hub with tips, sources of information and links to other organisations who can help. We have set up the first industry-wide database of Mental Health First Aiders so you can speak to someone in confidence outside of your organisation if you feel awkward talking to someone internally.
💙 WE ARE A FORCE FOR CHANGE
Education and support is important. But minimising the number of people who need support in the first place is vital. There’s a passionate bunch behind this network but we can’t do it alone. Only a collective can create fundamental change. So we call upon agencies, in-house professionals and freelancers to join together – share what’s working and what’s not – and put aside any differences for the good of the whole industry.
