Josh Steck, a Denver native and owner of Denver-based Steck Real Estate, specializes in both buying and selling residential real estate and multi-unit rental properties. Josh loves helping people make their real estate goals a reality. Josh differentiates himself by capitalizing on his knowledge of the Denver Metro rental market and building long-lasting relationships with his clients. Over his career, Josh has averaged a sales volume between $30 million and $40 million annually, which puts him in the top 1% of Denver's real estate agents. Josh has earned more than $200 million in career volume overall and awarded by Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Prior to being a realtor in Denver, Josh worked in property management in Boulder and then moved to Vail Valley where he managed more than $100 million of mountain properties. He eventually moved back to Denver to continue his real estate career and opened Steck Real Estate in 2012. Josh is heavily involved with Denver’s well-known Santa Claus Workshop and sits on the board of the Downing House Foundation.
