Property Development. We partner with property owners to develop property for shared profit where we provide the professional services and arrange finances to prepare and manage all aspects of design, build and sale of a property.
Property Investment. We work with people looking to earn a very good return on investment. We source property, convert, refurbish and hold high cash flowing property. We work in partnership with investors providing a hands free route into rental property ownership.
Project Management: We provide pre-construction services to property investors and developers where we prepare projects through the design and consent stages. We also tender work, agree contracts and Project Manage site works
Land: We work with landowners and introduce to developers on sites of between 1 and 100 acres across the UK.
