Our co hort programmes start in Q1, which focusses on Women in Leadership and Women In Career Transition, connecting those at similar stages of their career and ambitions, over a 12-month period. Mastering agility in their learning, this is a growth programme that enables members to gain insights, perspectives, connections and knowledge.
Women in Leadership
A co hort designed for functional leaders in Retail, Hospitality and Consumer, from Operations Director, to HR, Finance and Marketing. An opportunity to meet other female leaders and connect in small groups on business or personal development topics.
Women In Transition
A co hort of women who are navigating career transition following life changing moments (returning from illness, caring duties or disabilities) having held operational and functional leadership roles in Retail, Consumer and Hospitality. Focussing on creating the connections that drive renewed confidence, higher levels of well-being and redefined career success.
