In 1967 geboren, mit einem mallorquinischem Vater und einer deutschen Mutter wuchs er dreisprachig in einer multikulturellen Umgebung auf. Er studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre in Madrid und in den Vereinigten Staaten. Später spezialisierte er sich auf Steuerberatung und Management an der renommierten Business School ESADE (Barcelona). Seine Karriere begann mit leitenden Positionen in deutschen Tochtergesellschaften von multinationalen Unternehmen.
Seit über 20 Jahren berät er ausländische Unternehmen und Investoren mit die Firma, die er im Jahre 1993 in Palma gegründet hat, heute als «Stein & Partner» bekannt. Unter der Rubrik «Steuertipp der Woche» der firmeneigene Webseite hat er ebenso über 300 Artikel im Bereich Steuern in Spanien veröffentlicht. Viele seiner Artikel und Tipps sind von der deutschen mallorquinischen Presse veröffentlicht worden. Er verfügt über langjährige Berufserfahrung und ein umfangreiches Netzwerk von Kontakten und nicht zuletzt über einen renommierten Ruf auf den Inseln, u.a. auch als Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates des Fußballvereins RCD Mallorca. Durch das Familienbetrieb ist er stets mit der Tourismusbranche auf den Balearen vertraut.
Als Gründungspartner der multidisziplinären Kanzlei «Stein & Partner», leitet er sein hochqualifiziertes Team von deutschsprachige Ökonomen und Juristen.
