STER-OL Infection Control and was founded by Renolux Restore Group to respond to emergency outbreak situations, bio-hazardous clean-ups, and for post-remediation clean-ups because of its ability to safely and effectively terminate hard to kill pathogens. It was initially developed by DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) in response to bioterrorism and pandemics, then further developed by Tomi Environmental Solutions. SteraMist® is powered by Binary Ionization Technology (BIT™) which uses a 7.8% hydrogen-peroxide solution and electricity.
We will target ALL surfaces, including hard to reach areas to ensure the premises is completely decontaminated. We are also experts at vehicle/fleet disinfections. Our office in Markham, ON has a fully equipped vehicle disinfection centre that can have a passenger vehicle decontaminated in approximately seven minutes! In addition to this, we have the capabilities to safely reprocess PPE equipment up to five times!
The solution and technology are both approved by Health Canada, the FDA and the EPA (lists: G, H, L, K, M, N). Our team is comprised of certified infection control experts, we are OMRI listed for Organic Use, and we are also a member of the OHHA (Ontario Healthcare and Housekeepers’ Association).
