Sterling Young Training is an online training and motivational business. Personal training for people that need good structure and support and offers flexibility with time and input to help motivate you and return you to a love of exercise. We offer access to user friendly online software, so when you exercise, it is easily accessed on your mobile phone. Our philosophy to health wellness and fitness is Veni Vidi Vici. This re-enforcing of conquering your day, your exercise movement, your diet changes, your gym performance, your mindfulness, your enjoyment in exercise, your outdoor workouts and plain old walking in nature.
I believe that positive re-enforcing, Veni Vidi Vici, brings about a real change to get back to loving exercise, looking after your health and the quality this brings to all aspects of your life. I believe in an overall balanced approach to healthy mind and body without being a fanatic and having to sacrifice the things you love to do with family and friends at the weekends. I'm only a fanatic when it comes time to exercise, if you show up then work very hard when you do.
Face to face personal training is offered on the Sunshine Coast Queensland, to a very few select clients. Training with me is about motivation, consistency, re-building the body, making small achievable gains for the long-term. I also enjoy my treats and understand a balance to enjoying life. People's impressions of me are authentic, honest, open, engaging, funny. I love to exercise and workout in the gym, hike, walk, some calisthenics and martial arts.
