Established in 2016, Steward Logistics Inc., also known as SLI, was founded in order to deliver high-quality leasing services to clients and quickly grew into a company which provides a full-service approach to the site acquisition process.

Site Selection
Our team begins by evaluating each assignment along with the clients' current goals and objectives for the project. Next we begin to examine potential sites the client desires and cross-examine those potential sites with all town/city, municipal, regional and federal requirements to determine the best site for our clients' objectives.
Lease Negotiation
Once our team has determined the best site for our client, we engage the landlord as quickly as possible in order to negotiate and secure an executed agreement for our client. Our goal is to secure the executed agreement as quickly and efficiently as possible, while negotiating terms favorable to our clients and below market rent.
Approval Acquisition
Upon securing the agreement, our team continues working with the land use authorities which were evaluated and engaged during our site selection process. Our thorough site selection process has led us to select a site to meet the goals and objectives of the client, while also conforming to all approvals required to execute on that plan. Our team continues working with the land use authorities (Town/Cities, Regions, Federal Agencies, Transportation Agencies, Flight Agencies, Conservation/Park Authorities, etc.) in order to secure all approvals required for the project.
Project Management
Once all of the necessary approvals have been acquired our team can manage the projects construction from beginning to end, ensuring the completed project meets our clients' standards. We will manage contractors, coordinate with the property managers and landlords, manage the project budgets, and all other tasks unique to the project. We give our clients peace of mind by ensuring the project meets their goals, objectives, plans and specific requirements.
Lease Management
Our team can also manage the newly acquired agreements, from paying rents on behalf of the tenant, carrying out yearly reconciliations for the utility payments, notifying the landlord of any auto-renewals prior to the expiration of a term, negotiating fair market rent for auto-renewals, negotiating amending agreements for changes during course of the term, negotiating amending or extension agreements prior to the end of the final term.
