Aight is het grootste hiphopcentrum van Den Haag en omgeving. Aight richt zich op drie terreinen: Dans, Beeldend en Muziek en bedient daarmee meer dan alleen de Haagse hiphop. Respect, creativiteit en inzet zijn de belangrijkste uitgangspunten. Aight inspireert en motiveert deelnemers en biedt kansen voor talentontwikkeling.
Meer dan enig andere kunstvorm is hiphop een levensstijl. Een grote groep Haagse jongeren vindt in de hiphop de inspiratie om zijn culturele of sociale talenten te ontwikkelen. Aight zorgt daarvoor. Nu het centrum in de afgelopen jaren stevig is neergezet zet Aight komende jaren de stap om een grotere groep jongeren te inspireren met hiphop. Scholen zijn de beste plekken om jongens en meisjes de eerste stappen in de hiphopdisciplines te laten zetten. Daarna kiest een deel van hen ervoor om zich verder in een of meer elementen te bekwamen in hun buurt of Aight’s eigen hiphopcentrum. Aight verzamelt hiervoor een sterk team van docenten die nauw samenwerken met de leerkrachten uit het primair en voortgezet onderwijs. Met een klein aantal (inter)nationale evenementen organiseert Aight jaarlijks haar eigen showcases. Bovendien creëert Aight haar eigen podiumplekken waar de deelnemers zich kunnen presenteren in een echte hiphop scene.
