Stichting het Succes begeleidt en ondersteunt leerlingen, met name van het basis- voortgezet onderwijs die een achterstand hebben of dreigen te krijgen in het reguliere onderwijsproces.
Veel leerlingen hebben moeite met het maken van huiswerk door het ontbreken van een goede werkomgeving of iemand die hen ondersteunt en begeleidt. Stichting Het Succes maakt zich sterk om dit probleem te verminderen en zoveel mogelijk op te lossen.
Er is bewust gekozen voor studieondersteuning in plaats van huiswerkbegeleiding, zodat de leerlingen dieper op het lesmateriaal in kunnen gaan en zo meer profijt hebben. De leerlingen kiezen samen met hun ouder bij inschrijving welk vak of vakken zij willen volgen. Daarnaast bestaat de mogelijkheid om ook individueel les te volgen.
