Wij zijn een jonge organisatie die in korte tijd veel ervaring heeft opgedaan in het ondersteunen van
kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen die zijn opgegroeid met kwetsbaarheden, kampen met multi-problematiek en moeilijk bereikbaar zijn voor reguliere vormen van ondersteuning die worden
aangeboden.
We bieden het programma ‘Mentalfight & Sport’ aan, waarin sport als pedagogisch middel – en niet als doel – wordt ingezet, om jongeren en jongvolwassenen te ondersteunen. Dit programma wordt uitgevoerd in samenwerking met Dock, een stichting die basishulp biedt in woonwijken in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Zaanstad, Schiedam en Utrecht.
In de afgelopen vijf jaar hebben we dit succes een vervolg kunnen geven, doordat ook vanuit het GGZ- en het onderwijsdomein een soortgelijke vraag ontstond naar ondersteuning van jongeren, jongvolwassenen en volwassenen in kwetsbare posities die moeilijk bereikbaar zijn voor bestaande formele zorgstructuren. Gedurende de uitvoering en uitbreiding van het programma 'Mentalfight & Sport' hebben wij onze visie en werkwijze doorontwikkeld en hebben we het uitgebreidere en holistische programma ‘Dromenjagers’ ontwikkeld, waarmee we jongeren nog betere en volledigere ondersteuning kunnen bieden.
