Onze missie is om de positie van doven en slechthorenden in de samenleving te bevorderen en te versterken. Wij doen dit door ondersteuning te bieden bij het vinden van werk, het organiseren van activiteiten en bijeenkomsten, en het verstrekken van heldere informatie.

Wij dromen van een wereld waarin doven en slechthorenden dezelfde kansen krijgen als iedereen, of het nu gaat om werk, sociale contacten of toegang tot informatie. Door samen te werken met relevante organisaties, werkgevers en de gemeenschap, creëren we een omgeving waarin mensen met een gehoorbeperking zich gehoord, gezien en gewaardeerd voelen.
