Welkom op de LinkedIn pagina van Stichting MORRIS, vernoemd naar Morris Moerenhout (2010) en opgericht door zijn ouders Femke (met partner Marco) en Jeroen (met partner Renée). Het doel van de stichting is om geld in te zamelen, zodat Morris dolfijnentherapie kan volgen op Curaçao. Dit staat gepland in februari 2020. We kunnen niet wachten!
Stichting MORRIS staat voor: Morris’ Ontwikkeling RegelRecht In Stroomversnelling. Waarom? Omdat Morris ernstig meervoudig gehandicapt is. Zowel geestelijk als fysiek functioneert hij op het niveau van een baby van 1 (terwijl hij 8 jaar oud is). Door het ontbreken van een diagnose hebben we geen idee of dit ooit zal veranderen. Morris is sociaal en communicatief echter nog wel leerbaar en daarom willen we graag dolfijnentherapie volgen op Curaçao.
