Stichting Typisch zet zich in voor jongeren en jong volwassenen met een beperking, zowel verstandelijk als lichamelijk. We organiseren en begeleiden Typische activiteiten, activiteiten die voor veel niet-beperkte mensen vanzelfsprekend zouden zijn.
Stichting Typisch kijkt naar wat mogelijk is en naar oplossingen. We zetten alles op alles om grenzen te verleggen door samen met de jongeren nieuwe activiteiten te ontplooien.
Jong, Actief & Grensverleggend dat is het doel van onze activiteiten. De activiteiten zijn onder te verdelen in activiteiten van een dag(deel), weekend of week en bieden de kans grenzen te verleggen. Zowel onze deelnemers als onze vrijwilligers bestaan uit een groep jonge enthousiaste maar vooral ook actieve mensen. We proberen dan ook grensverleggende activiteiten te organiseren. Voorbeelden van Typische activiteiten zijn: een avondje bioscoop, duiken, speed-daten, motorrijden, karten, kroegentocht, een festival bezoek, zeilen, een weekje weg, een concert bezoek, boom klimmen, of bowlen.
