Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht im Erbringen von Leistungen im Bereich Wohnen, Beratung, Pflege, Betreuung und Therapie betagter und/oder pflegebedürftiger Menschen und ihren Angehörigen aus Birsfelden und Region. Die Stiftung kann alle Massnahmen ergreifen und Geschäfte tätigen, die mit den vorgenannten Zwecken im Zusammenhang stehen. Die Stiftung verfolgt einen öffentlichen bzw. gemeinnützigen Zweck und weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke.
