Strada Coffee lahir dari obsesi Evani Jesslyn terhadap kopi. Berawal dari rasa penasarannya terhadap minuman ajaib yang bisa menghilangkan rasa kantuk ini; Evani kemudian memutuskan untuk mengambil kelas Barista di Singapura. Namun masih merasa belum puas terhadap apa yang ia pelajari disana, ia kemudian memutuskan untuk mengambil sertifikasi Q Grader di Coffee Quality Institute. Dari situlah konsep Strada Coffee mulai terbentuk. Evani memutuskan untuk membuat sebuah kafe yang berdedikasi untuk menyuguhkan kopi terbaik untuk rakyat Indonesia.
