The Strategic Implementation Group consists of talented, experienced, and proven credit union professionals who are passionate about our industry and believe in the value credit unions bring to the communities and members they serve. Our market focus is small to mid-sized credit unions located in the Northern California Bay Area. Our practice is centered on strategic project implementation as well as providing resources to help maintain daily operations. We provide affordable resource solutions. We are also a place for those credit union professionals in job transition to be able to stay connected with the industry, have a conduit for project work to provide an income stream until a permanent position is obtained and feel a part of an organization that believes strongly in the value of the credit union movement. Our goal is to keep talented, experienced credit union people working in the industry. Our Resource Team consists of experienced credit union industry senior managers and staff of all levels available to do independent consulting work for our credit union clients and are primarily in transition seeking full time employment within the industry. The Advisory Group is comprised of Bay Area credit union executives and others who have a desire to support our efforts in helping our credit unions succeed. The collective experience of both our Resource Team and our Advisory Group is extensive – a shared resource pool from which our credit union community can draw upon and benefit greatly. We believe this type of collaborative outsourcing for resources to be the future for our industry and the type of support our Bay Area credit union community needs to remain viable well into the future.
