I am passionate about what I do. I became a men's health coach as a result of my own struggles after I returned home from my deployment to Iraq. I suffered from PTSD, anxiety, and depression. The lack of men to talk to and share my struggles with made me suffer even more. I persevered and luckily my deep interest in the brain led me to discover I did not have mental health issues, but a brain health issue. As a health coach, I want to make sure that I am a perfect fit for you. My goal is to empower you and to develop a partnership that will be mutually beneficial.
