Structurescope EG is a cyber-physical NDT designed to improve the quality of business asset management.
Improving the realization of organizations' assets value is one of the main tasks of their management. The Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) concept and the ISO 55000 ‘Asset management’ standards provide management with the tools to achieve this goal, and focus on the assets life cycle technical aspects. Structurescope EG can replace up to 80% of metallurgical testing (MT) methods, reduce the time of checking compliance with structural requirements for materials by ten times and fully automate this process. Structurescope EG transforms long, complex IT processes into data for decision making.
The working principle of Structurescope EG is based on a patented method of determining the structure of the material electromagnetic field, which, in its turn, reflects the structure of materials.
The Structurescope EG has been developed by a high-tech, knowledge-intensive startup that started its activities in the field of using cyber-physical sensor technologies in industrial production.
