H.E.R.A. Kinderkamp
Met ons dispuut organiseren wij ieder jaar een kinderkamp voor kansarme jongeren uit de Bijlmer, van praktijkschool de Dreef. Het kinderkamp is opgezet door H.E.R.A.ieten uit het jaar 2003 en 2004, ter ere van het honderdjarige bestaan van ons dispuut. Zij wilden iets teruggeven aan de stad Amsterdam en na overleg met de gemeente Amsterdam is het H.E.R.A. 4 kids kinderkamp destijds ontstaan. In 2005 was de eerste editie en wij mogen met trots zeggen dat wij dit nu nog steeds, al meer dan 15 jaar, mogen voortzetten.
Elk jaar reizen wij met ongeveer 20 studenten, een aantal docenten van de school en een ongeveer 30 kinderen af naar een locatie in Nederland om de kinderen een onvergetelijk weekend te bezorgen. Daarnaast is er een vierkoppig bestuur die al maanden van tevoren bezig is met alle voorbereidingen.
