Studiebureau Forté is een studiebureau voor de bouw gespecialiseerd in stabiliteitsstudies en studies gebouwtechnieken.
Forté is doorheen de jaren uitgegroeid tot een betrouwbare schakel in uw bouwprojecten, dit alles door steeds klantgericht te zoeken naar praktische oplossingen op maat. Zo hebben we ondertussen een groot portfolio van zeer diverse projecten opgebouwd.
Dankzij onze centrale ligging in de Kempen (Geel), zijn we vlot bereikbaar vanuit de provincies Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant en Limburg.
Als studiebureau onderscheiden we ons door steeds maatwerk te leveren in al onze verschillende opdrachten. Zo zorgen we voor een vlot bouwproces en een rendabel bouwproject.
Wij leveren de stabiliteitsstudies voor uw bouwproject : of het nu gaat om een betonnen structuur voor een appartementsgebouw of om een staalstructuur voor een industriehal, steeds bieden we een economische oplossing aan.
Daarnaast kan u ook bij ons terecht voor een technische studie. De meerwaarde van een technische studie is dat U het advies krijgt welke installatie de beste keuze is voor uw bouwproject, dit qua comfort, gebruiksvriendelijkheid, onderhoud en energieverbruik. Wij dimensioneren correct het systeem en coördineren dit met de architectuur en de stabiliteit van het gebouw.
Kiest U ervoor om zowel de stabiliteitsstudie als de gebouw technische studie aan ons toe te vertrouwen, dan overlopen wij als team samen iedere bouwfase zodat mogelijke conflicten tussen bv. kanalen en balken bij ontwerp reeds aangepakt worden. Op deze manier zoeken we naar een economische oplossing en vermijden we veel uitvoeringsproblemen.
