Infine, Studio Base Selezione & Risorse Umane, si occupa delle tematiche inerenti all'area del personale, quali: ricerca e selezione, organizzazione, analisi di clima, valutazione posizioni, prestazioni e potenziale del personale, ecc.

Ha maturato le competenze di base in aziende multinazionali (Fiat Iveco, Fiat Teksid, Beretta Armi), dove ha assunto crescenti responsabilità operative e decisionali, in Italia e all'Estero, sia nell’ambito delle aree tecniche-organizzative, che nella direzione generale d’impresa. Laureato in economia e forte di una rilevante esperienza aziendale, ha deciso nel 1983 di entrare nel mondo della Consulenza Direzionale. Si è quindi specializzato in Toyota Production System in Giappone (Kaizen e JUSE), in America attraverso l’Asq. È Presidente del Gruppo Studio Base, Management Consulting Company, da lui fondato nel 1983. A partire dal 2013 si è specializzato in Industry 4.0 e digital transformation presso il Fraunhofer Institut e l’Università di Stoccarda, acquisendo il know-how in materia necessario a supportare con consulenze e docenze le aziende clienti sulle tematiche di Smart Factory e nel loro percorso verso Industry 4.0.
