1) Ijara Lease
A Sharia-compliant lease agreement where you pay a fixed monthly fee for a set period of time - making budgeting simple and easy. You receive all the benefits of owning a solar system without the monthly operation, monitoring, insurance and maintenance costs.
2) Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
A PPA is simply an agreement in which a Sun4All develops, installs, owns, and operates an energy system at your property. You only pay for the energy used at a tariff that is up to 60% cheaper than your utility provider.
3) Customizeable
At Sun4All, we provide tailor-made energy solutions that meets client-specific requirements, including on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet products. The agreement terms are flexible, depending on the affordability and cashflow of the business.
