Support-Edu was founded in 2023 by John Short Ring. With
over 15 years of experience as a middle and senior leader in
some of the top schools in the world, he has seen first hand the
way the sector is changing and the impact that this has had on
school communities.
Our team wants to make a difference to people by developing and
supporting aspiring, new and experienced leaders. We do this
by offering bespoke leadership training, based on the individual
needs of those we work with. Over recent years we have
trained a global cohort in excess of 150 middle and senior
leaders, of which over 50% have been promoted into more
senior roles, including headships. We also offer coaching, for
staff, parents and students. This is designed to empower
individuals and organisations in their decision making.
We have worked with a range of different schools across the
world, from day and boarding schools in the UK, to bilingual
schools in the Middle East, to start up international schools in
the Far East. These organisations have different futures and we
created training to support these goals. The heart of what we
do, however, is the same, to help people find strength in
solutions.
