المجلس العربي لقياس وإدارة الأثر الاجتماعي ("أعمق") شبكة مهنية تأسست لبناء منظومة قياس وإدارة الأثر الاجتماعي وضبط المعايير ونشر المعرفة والاسهام في الاضافة النوعية لهذا الحقل المعرفي.

انطلاقا من رؤية أعمق ولتحقيق مهمته، سيتم التركيز على أربعة أهداف استراتيجية :ـ
أولا : نشر الوعي بمفهوم قياس وإدارة الأثر الاجتماعي، وتأهيل الممارسين لاستخدام وتطبيق مختلف المنهجيات، وفهم طرق التحليل ومحدداته
ثانيا: تعظيم وتعميق الأثر الاجتماعي للمبادرات والمؤسسات التي تعمل على خدمة المجتمع، عن طريق تصميم الحلول المتعلقة بقياس وإدارة الأثر الاجتماعي ، بحيث تكون مناسبة لمختلف احتياجات مختلف المؤسسات من ناحية تخصصية المشاريع وأحجامها ودرجة تعقيدها.
ثالثا: خلق ونشر محتوى عربي متميز في مجال الاُثر الاجتماعي، بحيث يكون لدى الممارس العربي ذخيرة من أمهات المصادر والدراسات والتقارير النوعية التي تساعد الممارسين على بناء وتطوير قدراتهم ، ثم الإضافة للتجربة العالمية وتحسين مساهمة الممارسين العرب
رابعا: تشبيك المختصين والمهتمين وبناء منظومة مهنية لتطويرهم ورفع كفاءتهم والعمل على نقل وتطوير الخبرات البينية وتوفير فرص للعمل والشراكات.
